Nice ice cream cafe with friendly service.

I go to this cafe almost every week. the service is always quick and friendly (Sabine) and the cake is very tasty. The cheesecake is absolutely great and many times better than in many pastry shops. I find the mango ice cream and the dark chocolate ice cream particularly tasty. The balls are significantly larger than in other cafes. All very recommendable. The boss and staff are very concerned about personal well-being.

The condition was absolutely disinterested and it took 15 minutes to even notice that we were there, but that wasn't a bad thing. The fruit icebreaker was really an imposition. The fruit was overripe and the vanilla ice cream on it was awful. The highlight was when I wanted to eat the grapes and noticed that they were already moldy. I communicated these terms and conditions and then she just said "ok" and left. No customer service and bad food!

My experience today: very mixed. Order taken quickly and delivered quickly. 3 pots of coffee, no cream. First demand ignored. I went to the bar myself and, listless and annoyed, got 2 small cups pressed into my hand. A third because 3 coffees only on further request. We had to ask again for the second cup per pot. The operator should also invest in new upholstery, or at least in cleaning the old ones. They are currently full of stains (already older), you hardly dare to sit down. Just gross. (Photos) The ice cream sundaes were quite good, too much fruit juice in them for my taste and the coffee was only warm, not hot. The price was clearly too high for what was on offer.

Service leaves a lot to be desired, long wait to place the order. No smile, no questions about any intolerance to fruit, nuts, etc. Ice cream doesn't taste good at all. Had the very first time there on Thursday and am very disappointed. It was an ice cream that couldn't be defined in terms of taste, simply tasteless. The fruit was totally overripe and not really edible anymore. Think again about the price-performance ratio. Was the first and last time I ate there. Was very disappointed for an Italian. ?☹️

Everything great

Very, very bad. The service is totally overwhelmed and visibly stressed, which transfers to the guest. We wanted to have a nice day with the children and took the mother-in-law with us. The end of the song, my mother-in-law and I didn't even get the piece of cake we ordered and the ice cream scoops (walnut, chocolate, Malaga) in the Nutella sundae were completely ignored except for chocolate. We will avoid iced coffee in the future. We want to relax and enjoy ourselves and not have an annoyed waitress around us who run around like headless chickens. After all, the prices are decent and you can ask for that.

If you don't want to eat ice cream in the blazing sun, it is pleasantly air-conditioned here. Lots of selection of ice cream cups and fast and friendly service. However, the price was too high for the large milk coffee or the cup too small ☕ for that ...

The location of the cafe is very good. The speed of operation and delivery is excellent. The sundaes are delicious so far, but nothing outstanding either.

Tasty and fresh waffles. Unfortunately, you have to wait long for the service, even with few guests. These are unfortunately not always very friendly and if the glasses or plates are empty, is not cleared, let alone asked if you would like something more. So the service is in any case room for improvement.

Had a great time in Bautzen, wonderful shopping centre, super staff and brilliant snacks and drinks to rewind a great time.

Something unusual, but very comfortable. The prepared cake was very nice. But did not fit together.

Wunderberer coffee!

One of the better ice cafes in Bautzen. It's located on the upper level of the Kornmarkt Center Mall in the city center. Their coffee is not quite my cup of tea but they have a broad selection of ice cream, crepes and waffles. Also, their pizzas are quite cheesy. I'd only order them if you REALLY like a ton of cheese.
